Bruyère Academic Family Health Team
Funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, the Family Health Team provides comprehensive primary health care to 17,000 patients from the Ottawa area at two locations:
Family Health Teams are primary health care organizations that include a team of family physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, dietitians, pharmacists and other professionals who work together to provide primary health care for their community.

If you are looking for a family health care provider you can register to Health Care Connect. Health Care Connect is an organization that refers Ontarians who do not have family physicians to a family health care provider who may be accepting new patients.
